Nevada is a state that is always in play for both federal and state elections, with some of the most competitive senatorial and gubernatorial races in the country.

Nevada is a state that protects abortion - but also has some strict rules regarding access for minors and who may provide abortions. So, access is available - but not as freely as in some other states.

From a reproductive rights perspective, Ohio gets a mixed rating. While abortion is protected up to 20 weeks, there are an array of rules and regulations that limit access, including to minors, and prohibit Medicaid payments.

Ohio’s Congressional Districts 9 and 13 in northern Ohio are both swing districts and Ohio is not only competitive at the House level but also in other federal elections.
